When you confirm your purchase, you are accepting that these terms and conditions form the basis of any contract between Cotebrook Shire Horse Centre and yourself.

Prices

Prices are inclusive of any applicable taxes and there are no surcharges whatsoever. Once you have paid, we will not increase the price of your tickets.

Prices displayed on the site are subject to change without notice.

Cancellation by the customer

Unfortunately we cannot issue any refunds for cancellations.

Cancellation by us

Where we cancel, for whatever reason, and an alternative cannot be offered or taken, a refund in full shall be made within ten working days of such a cancellation being confirmed.

Online Booking

Once purchased on-line tickets may not be used in conjunction with any other offer. No ticket may be resold.

Any discounts or offers on-line are available for limited quantities and periods only and shall not be available on bookings made by phone or in person.

Please bring along your booking reference number and/or email print out.

Booking amendments

Wherever possible, a booking amendment shall be accommodated without charge or penalty. Where the amendment cannot be made and the original booking cannot be fulfilled, then the Cancellation Policy detailed above shall be applicable.
